First year of forever :)

Well, right after we got back from our honeymoon, Chris's grandma passed away, which hit him so hard. She was such an amazing woman and I loved her for the short time I got to know her. We had this cute house in richfield, which I absolutely loved!!! 3 bedroom, 1 bath with a basement and two doors down from my sister-in-law. We had such a fun first year of being married. We had lots of dates, hung out with our friends often, and we worked similar shifts, so we got to see each other at work every day! We decided to start trying for a baby almost immediately after we got married, crazy, i know. But we wanted a baby so bad! I had got the shot right before we got married, so that got in the way, then after it wore off, we tried for almost three months before we just stopped trying. Within a month we were pregnant! It was one of the best days telling him that yes, I finally had a positive!!! I remember every single detail about that day! Well, we waited to tell everyone tell after we went and got a test at the doctors. When we finally got the official yes and due date, we called my parents and invited them over for dinner. Well, they were not surprised at all! I guess about a week before, my mom had a dream that I was pregnant, and when she saw me she knew. My due date was April 22nd and we couldn't have been happier!!! Me and pregnancies do not get along for the first few months. I have ALL day sickness, not morning sickness. We found out we were having a girl on chris's birthday, which was the best gift we could have given him. Well, now, I will start another blog :) lol

Our Wedding!!!

Our wedding was so amazing and I am so happy with our decision to get married up at fish lake!!! We had originally set the date for 08/08/08, but ended up postponing it tell September 13, 2008! We had the most amazing place for our wedding! His grandparents rented us the pavilion up at fish lake, the place that we met :) Well, we had decided our colors would be baby pink and baby blue, because we loved the colors. We chose Cassity Johnson, Kaycee Serl, and Brooke Gossard as my bridesmaid. Chris had his brother Bruce and my brother Don as his groomsmen, with my little brother as the ring bearer, my cousin bug as a flower girl and Chris's niece kayzie as the other flower girl. I was able to wear my mom's wedding dress with some minor adjustments, which meant the world to me. We had Bishop blackham marry us, and it was a beautiful ceremony. Afterwards, we had the reception at the gunnison church. My dad made the backdrop for our pictures, and one of my moms friends made the cakes. My parents did an amazing job and helped us so so so much with everything! It would never have happened without them! We had a super fun honeymoon up north and just had an amazing time! It was one of the happiest days of my life!

My amazing summer 07

Well it was amazing first off because I met the love of my life, lol, I am cheesy, deal with it. But I also made some incredible friends!!! I don't really have to much to say, but I miss Magdalena, Juraj, Katarina (my romeo) Martina, Victoria and Eva the most!!! You guys will always be lifelong friends of mine! There were alot more, but I keep in touch with these guys the most!!!! These are pictures of me with some amazing friend, and amazing people!!! They all taught me about so much more than I ever thought possible :) Miss you guys!

The Start of Chris and Jess Francom!!!

Alrighty, not many of you know how or when me and Chris even got together, so here is our story!!!! I graduated high school in 2007 and like three days after I graduated I began working up at Fish Lake Lodge. I was seeing someone else when I started up there and wasn't really interested in seeing anyone else. I was up there for about a week and loving the friends I had made already! One day, I was out doing housekeeping with the dollies and Alyssa. We started walking back to lodge when the girls said, "Hey, isn't that Chris?" which led them into arguing who should call him over. I loved those girls :) I decided that I was going to yell for them and called Chris over. When he walked over I got my first look and him and was like, Wow, he is hot. But I was still seeing someone so I just walked off with my friend Alyssa and didn't think anything of it. We kept running into each other for a couple of days and then one day we ended up having to clean this really ornery ladies cabin together. We were upstairs making the bed and I was just going to be mean and only pretend to clean (I know I am horrible) but he made me be nice, so I didn't like him at all at this point lol. A couple of days after this, me and the dollies decided we wanted to watch movies together. As we started heading up to watch, I decided to invite Chris up with us. We had been flirting back and forth for awhile, and I had broken things off with my boyfriend because I was starting to have feelings for Chris. Well, when we got there the girls made me and Chris sit next to each other, extremely close to each other. He said something about his hand being cold, so I offered to hold it so it would warm up. We sat like that for awhile then we decided we wanted to watch Hercules, but we had to go into one of the rooms to watch that, so I figured he would leave. He didn't! we sat there and watched the movie holding hands. I did not want the night to end, but of course all good things must come to an end. He walked me back to my room and as he started to leave I basically attacked him with a huge hug. The next morning was my day off, June 5, 2007. I walked down to the marina to ask him what was going to happen. We sat there staring at the lake when he asked if I was "occupied" with anyone and when I said i don't know yet, he asked me if I wanted to be occupied with him :) we have been together ever since! i love him so much!!!

Well, I am new to this, so just be patient while I learn!!!

Hey everyone!!!! Well, I have decided to start on a blog and get everyone up-to-date on whats going on with us as a family!!! I have NO idea how to do this so I hope you will just be patient lol. I am going to go ahead and start blogs from the beginning of Chris and mines relationship all the way up to us moving to montana!!! This could take awhile!!! lol, love you all and I am glad you are interested in what we are doing :)
